于2012年至2016年在華中科技大學(xué)武漢光電國家實(shí)驗(yàn)室攻讀光學(xué)工程博士學(xué)位。
目前,在研湖北省科技揭榜項(xiàng)目基金一項(xiàng)。
研究方向
半導(dǎo)體材料;光電器件;半導(dǎo)體材料光電應(yīng)用
