個人簡介:

Prof. F. Marques is focus on the study of the relationships between composition, defect structure, working conditions, processing routes, and transport properties of materials usually identified as ionic conductors (mostly oxide, carbonate, and sodium ionic conductors), mixed ionic, mixed ionic and electronic conductors, and electronic conductors. These materials are used in energy production, storage and conservation (e.g., sensors, permeating membranes for selective oxygen or CO2 separation, and fuel cells). He (co-)supervised dozens of post-doctoral researchers and graduate students from about one dozen of distinct countries, and co-authored more than two hundred papers published in international journals with h-index of 38.

Prof. M. Mikael will give a brief overview of the research at the ?ngstr?m Laboratory (Uppsala University, Sweden) in this talk. Uppsala University belongs to the top-100 universities in the world and ?ngstr?m Laboratory focuses its research on renewable energy, surface thin film technology and micro- and nanotechnology. Some examples on nanofabrication of semiconductor material will be highlighted.
